Pretty stoked on roasting chicken. I have a couple of spines from whole roasters in my freezer that’ll be used for stock, but I went with thighs this time. I like it when I write down the measurements and convert it to pinches and glugs and dollops when I’m actually cooking.
I feel much better now that I’m cooking every day again. I even went to the Y twice in three days. Bananas! It is too bad I am having the worst period of all right now. Thank you, full moon, pretty as you are.
