Waiting for dough to rise. Another focaccia. Roasted garlic, black and green olives, and rosemary. Is this, like, a job that I can, like, have? Also, Chinese food. I might do it. I might order some because it is just that sort of day where I’ll put on some Buffy and eat some deep-fried bits covered in a sugary glaze while I wait for my nails and my laundry to dry.
