Weekend was tough re: making good food choices but sweet by most all other accounts. Sup bros.
Today was bad. I started out with missing clothes! So I didn’t pack a snack or lunch. I got trapped in an elevator, and getting trapped, as it turns out, is a thing I dislike, much like missing clothes! Had no idea. I do know that I deal with negativity by anger-raging and eating my feelings.
Let’s just say that today was a constant consumption of pizza and 1.5 hot dogs and...

A lot of pizza. Pepperoni and pineapple. A quarter of a giant chocolate chip cookie. A third of a Clif bar. Three peanut butter cups. A lot of water.
End of 1, 2, and start of 3.
Two nights ago, I had two wraps with an over easy egg on each, greens from last week’s CSA, pan-seared zucchini and mushrooms. And roasted garlic cheese. And ranch dressing. Oops. I’m pretty proud of the following day but I didn’t have much of an appetite!
Eros Organic Greek Yogurt. Strawberry! Getting really into fruit yogurts lately, though I sometimes find them too sweet....
Trying to be more accountable of what I put into...

While writing some junk about Michelin,
I figured out that the Brown Sack is now five blocks away from my house. That’s it. JUST FIVE MEASLY BLOCKS. I hope they move with me again if I ever leave the neighborhood and or Chicago.
